It seems like each individual company is still trying to figure out what a Data Scientist is, or maybe worse, assuming they know what a Data Scientist is!

We used to have the same issue with the term "Web-Masters" now dissolved into front-end developers, UI developers, backend developers and more. Eventually the term becomes obsolete.
